RETURN REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all purchases from Brush & Sole are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please ensure that your shoe size, design, and all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Products damaged due to misuse or wear cannot be returned.

If an error occurs on our part — such as receiving the wrong size or design — we’ll make it right. Please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Any exchange is conditional and the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide complete return instructions and the address to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In certain cases, a small restocking fee may apply to cover costs.

BRUSH & SOLE PURCHASE PROTECTION

Under our Purchase Protection Policy, refunds or exchanges may only be approved in the following cases:

  • The item was never received.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item received is significantly different from the one ordered (for example, wrong base shoe or design).

Please note that minor variations in artwork, color, or pattern are part of the handmade process and do not qualify for a return or refund.

MISTAKENLY PLACED ORDERS

If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel it, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted as our artists begin working on your shoes immediately after confirmation.

ITEMS IN TRANSIT OR SERVICES

Refunds for orders that have already been shipped or successfully delivered are not permitted, as Brush & Sole has fulfilled its part of the transaction.
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier, and cannot offer refunds for stolen items.

Refunds for custom design services (such as deposits for design sketches) are not allowed once the service has begun (e.g., once the first design draft is sent).

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their country. Refunds will not be issued if delivery fails due to unpaid taxes or duties.

ORDERS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS OR MISSED PICKUP

Please make sure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address (including apartment number, building name, etc.).
We cannot refund or reship orders if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If the courier is unable to reach you or if the pickup time expires, your package may be returned to us. Reshipment can be arranged with an additional shipping fee, but refunds will not be issued.

ORDERS STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY

Please ensure a safe and secure delivery location or include special instructions at checkout.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Brush & Sole is no longer responsible for loss or theft. Refunds or exchanges for stolen items will not be accepted.
