All shoes sold by Brush and Sole are custom-made and hand-painted. Each order is made-to-order once full payment is received. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or errors in pricing or product information.

2. Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your order. We accept payments via card and bank transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 1 day of confirmation. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order within the allowed timeframe.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Currently, we ship within Pakistan. Shipping will be arranged via reliable courier services selected at the time of order. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Brush and Sole is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Refunds are issued only if an error occurs on our end, such as incorrect size or defective product. Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and branding on Brush and Sole products are the intellectual property of Brush and Sole. Customers may not reproduce, copy, or resell designs without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Brush and Sole is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or damages resulting from the use of our products or services. By placing an order, you agree to this limitation.
