Order Processing & Production Time

• All shoes are made-to-order, ensuring every pair is a unique piece of art.
• Production begins once full payment is confirmed.
• Standard production time is 12–15 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is approved and in production.

Shipping Information

• Currently, we ship within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon.
• Shipping will be arranged through reliable courier services, selected at the time of order.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and location.

Payment Policy

• We accept payments via card and bank transfer.
• Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 1 day of confirmation.
• Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
• We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our shoes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Refunds will only be issued if there is an error on our end, such as incorrect size or defective product.
